how to choose your plate weights

To begin basic training at home, a combination of small 1.25 kg and 2.5 kg plates allows for precise adjustments. The 5 kg and 10 kg weights complete main exercises as you progress. Our team can guide you based on the barbell you already have.

what is the composition of raw cast iron

Our weights are cast in dense, sand-molded grey iron, without hollow cores or filler putty. The surface is sandblasted to smooth out rough spots while maintaining a firm grip. A light coat of oil protects the entire piece from moisture.

how to maintain a bare steel barbell

Dry brushing with nylon bristles removes dust built up in the knurling grooves after training. Simply wipe a thin coat of neutral mineral oil with a soft cloth two to three times a year to prevent surface oxidation. Avoid acidic or abrasive cleaners.

how apartment delivery works

Because our packages are very dense, the carrier delivers boxes to your doorstep or building entrance depending on access. For orders placed before 15:00 on business days, we pack the shipment the same afternoon. You can pay the delivery driver in cash upon receipt.

can I pay by bank transfer

We accept standard bank transfers as well as cash on delivery. When choosing bank transfer, our bank details are sent to you as soon as your cart is confirmed. The order ships once funds are confirmed in our account.

how to return an item that does not fit

You have 30 days from delivery to return an unused item in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, except in the event of a packing error on our part. Refunds are issued via bank transfer after inspecting the gear in our workshop.
