Returns & Refunds
Every item purchased from Atelier Haltère can be returned to us within 30 days of receipt, for any reason. Here we outline the practical terms, shipping fee policies, and refund processing times.
Conditions
To be eligible for a full refund, any sporting item must be returned within a strict timeframe of 30 calendar days following the date of delivery. The equipment must be in its original, brand-new condition, not used for workouts, free of impact marks or scratches, complete with all assembly accessories and manuals, and packed in its intact original packaging.
How to make a return
- Submission of the return request by email to [email protected] stating the order number and reason for withdrawal
- Receipt of a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number and the address details of our receiving logistics center in France
- Secure packaging of the equipment in its original box with internal cushioning preserved and attachment of the return slip
- Issuing of the refund to your bank account within 3 to 10 business days following approval of the physical inspection at our warehouse
Who pays return shipping
If the item proves defective, damaged, or non-compliant, we cover return shipping: we provide a prepaid label or arrange carrier pickup. If you change your mind, return shipping costs remain your responsibility, with no other deductions.
Refund timing and method
We issue the refund within 3 business days following inspection of the item. For purchases paid upon delivery, payment is made via bank transfer to the account of your choice; for bank transfer payments, funds are returned to the originating account. Standard banking processing times range from 1 to 5 business days.

Exchanges
To choose a different weight, size, or reference, return your item according to our return procedure and place a new order: we will refund the item as soon as it arrives at the workshop. If the exchange is due to an error on our part, we cover the delivery costs for the new order.
Cancelling an order
You can cancel your order free of charge as long as the items have not left the workshop. Email [email protected] with your reference. Once the package is with the carrier, standard return terms apply.
