Atelier Haltère SAS sells sporting goods, home fitness equipment, free weights, dumbbells, cast iron weight plates, barbells, ergonomic exercise mats, resistance bands, and accessories for recreational and athletic physical activity. The specification sheet for each item indicates the included components, quantity, and packaging type. Photographs serve as a visual guide; packaging boxes or interior cushioning may show slight variations.

An order takes effect once payment is confirmed. We then send you an email confirmation; the sales agreement comes into effect when the items leave our workshop. We may decline an order if stock is unavailable or if your details cannot be verified, with a full refund of any amount already collected.

Our prices are stated in EUR, inclusive of applicable VAT. Shipping costs are finalized before checkout. Accepted payment methods: Cash on delivery, Bank transfer. In the event of an obvious pricing error identified before dispatch, we reserve the right to correct the price and give you the choice of proceeding at the corrected price or cancelling at no cost.

Photographs display actual items made in our workshop. The appearance of steel or cast iron shades varies depending on your screen, browser, and ambient light; subtle tone variations do not constitute a defect or grounds for return coverage or compensation. Exact dimensions, alloys, and finishes are listed on each product sheet.

We take responsibility for your parcels until they are delivered by the carrier to your address, directly to you or your designated recipient. This delivery marks the transfer of risk of loss or damage. Any visible damage incurred during transit must be noted on the delivery receipt and reported to us within 48 hours.

You have 30 days from receipt to return an unused item in its original packaging, following the procedure described on our Returns page. All products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity provided in Articles L. 217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code for a period of two years from delivery of the goods, as well as the legal warranty against hidden defects defined in Articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code. This coverage guarantees the repair or replacement of any defective equipment at no cost to the buyer, subject to use in accordance with assembly instructions and stated weight limits.

• Strength training equipment and weight bars made to the consumer's specific requirements or clearly personalized
• Sports nutrition products or sealed energy drinks with a short shelf life or whose protective packaging has been opened
• Textile accessories, technical compression underwear, and water bottles unsealed by the customer after delivery that cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene and health protection
• Sporting goods that, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other products or assembly materials
• Exercise guides or digital training programs supplied on physical media that have been unsealed by the buyer

The liability of Atelier Haltère SAS for any breach of contract or direct damage is expressly limited to the total amount paid by the customer for the order in question, or to the maximum fixed sum of 100 €, whichever is lower, to the fullest extent permitted by French law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any statutory liability that applicable law prohibits from being restricted.

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. Our equipment must be handled according to the instructions provided; it does not in any case replace medical guidance or advice.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with French law. In the event of a dispute, the competent courts within the jurisdiction of the relevant French court shall have exclusive jurisdiction after an attempt at amicable resolution or recourse to an approved consumer mediator. If we cannot reach an amicable resolution, the courts of the jurisdiction where our registered office is located will have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country.
