With a total length of 35 cm, they feature generous side sleeves that make it easy to load your grey cast iron plates to precisely adjust your unilateral movements. The central handle includes machined knurling that ensures a firm grip without hurting your hands. Each pair comes with four steel clamping collars designed to firmly lock the weight plates against unexpected loosening during your workout.
