Mild steel straight bar 130 cm

We craft this straight bar from a solid 28 mm calibrated mild steel rod. Its compact 130 cm length makes it ideal for home gyms, workshops, and basements where space is at a premium, while still allowing a natural range of motion on standing exercises. The workshop knurling is grooved to deliver solid grip without tearing your palms. The sleeves accommodate all standard plates on the market with no excessive side play.
