Adjustable cast iron and steel dumbbell

We designed this dumbbell to provide a compact, modular, all-metal solution for precision workouts. The shaft, machined from a 28 mm calibrated mild steel bar, offers a firm grip supported by uniform center knurling. The raw grey cast iron plates are easy to load and remove using the two included steel clamping collars. This setup allows you to adjust the weight to your current routine without ever relying on fragile plastic mechanisms.
