Cushioning dense weights without polystyrene foam

Shipping forty kilograms of raw cast iron is a real packaging challenge. To protect your equipment without filling your bin with petroleum derivatives, we selected triple-wall kraft cardboard boxes with a density of 1400 grams per square meter. The three corrugated layers act as natural springs capable of absorbing shock energy during road transit.

Internal bracing structure

Steel allows no shifting inside the parcel. We craft thick corner reinforcements that lock each plate in a central position:

• Complete immobilization: the cardboard is fitted to the millimeter around the edge of the plates.
• Reinforced tape: sealed with fiberglass-reinforced gummed tape, unaffected by temperature variations.
• Guided handling: clear labels inform couriers of the parcel's density to prevent sudden drops.

Receiving instructions

Upon the courier's arrival, check the exterior condition of the kraft box before signing. Open the box flat on the floor to lift out your plates using the center hole, back straight and knees bent, to set up your gear without straining your lower back.
